Brief Outline
All Sport Insurance are a specialist insurance broker based in Torquay. Our task was to completely re-vamp the website and optimise their Google Ads spend and lead generation.
The Challenge
Our task was to think of creative ways to modernise the companies website, without alienating the loyal client-base they had accumulated over time.
The Google Ads campaign was tasked with dominating the search results pages whilst also ensure a high Return on Investment.
The Solution
Our main aim was to overhaul the look and feel of the website and ensure we created engaging web pages that converted users into clients. To do this we knew we needed to start by ensuring we had high-performing landing pages ready to convert idle Google Ads users and also imaginative and captivating website pages to ensure users navigating the website converted into clients.
On top of this, we knew that the current Google Ads campaign needed to be optimised to perform instantly. The industry had a very low search volume which meant that if the correct strategy wasn’t implemented, there could be a lot of wasted “clicks” to the website.
Our Method
To ensure we accomplished All Sport Insurance’s goals for their new website we new we needed to create an engaging website and convert users into clients. To do this, we created prominent and easily accessible Call-to-Action buttons to enable users to easily find a form to fill in their contact details. This then created a seamless customer journey where the users would feel more comfortable in returning to the website at later dates to contact All Sport regarding alternative insurance products.
The Google Ads account was deconstructed over a couple of weeks to ensure we achieved an immediate increase in return on investment for our client. We understand the insurance market when it comes to Google Ads and have helped companies in the past in this industry which enabled us to have an instant impact with All Sport Insurance. We understand that the negative keywords, quality score and prioritising ‘good clicks’ are essential in this industry.
