Carters Stores is one of the largest independently owned chain of stores in the South West.
The Challenge
Our task was develop an online presence for the brand. They wanted a brochure web design to showcase the stores offers, location and contact details.
We also had to grow the traffic to a previously non-existent website through creative digital marketing.
The Solution
Carters brief was for a brochure website design for the customers to easily navigate. Bespoke Hub then created a user-friendly, responsive, modern website which allowed the customers of Carters Stores to contact, locate and find out offers and information of the stores.
Coupled with this, we also knew that we needed a strong social media marketing campaign which piques potential new clients interest on Facebook. We targeted them through organic social media posts aimed at driving traffic from the local area to the new website and also alerting existing clients that they can now access the stores details digitally.
Our Method
We needed users to be directed straight to the contact details and menu options as per our original brief. To accomplish this, we created a sleek, simple navigation to enable clients to find the details and offers of the stores within 15 seconds of entering the web page.
We also coupled this with a creative organic Facebook campaign that combined posts about local offers which piques the social media users interest and also informative, creative posts designed to grow the pages followers.
The Results
Carters Stores received a huge uplift traffic from the website launch and social media campaign. We created an engaging, user-friendly website designed for clients to have easy access to the contact details of each store. The sleek, modern website allowed the customers to contact, seek out and locate each of the 7 stores that Carters offer.
