Legal & Contract Services are an expert legal consultant team who specialise in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
The Challenge
Our task was to create a website that appealled to the targeted market but was also very professional as their products are serious, legal matters.
Google and Facebook Ads campaign were an essential new marketing technique to LCS to form part of our marketing strategy. Our challenge was to build brand awareness and increase user engagement on these platforms to then ultimately increase the lead generation.
The Solution
The website needed to be informative, creative and bold, but still very serious in tone and very neutral.
The Google Ads needed to be very specific in keywords and prioritising ‘good clicks’ constantly as LCS’s products can fall into the area of ‘window shopping’ due to many of the users searching the terms probate, trusts, inheritance tax and lasting powers of attorney are the family members or people who may gain from the products, and not necessarily the potential client themselves.
Our Method
To ensure the conversion on LCS’s website was as high as possible, the web design included multiple call-to-actions to increase potential lead conversions.
With the Google Ads campaigns, we knew that along with consistently monitored keyword research, we would need clean, target-driven landing pages separate from the website to ensure conversion was high. With the Facebook Ads campaign, we built creative, interesting ads to engage the users and whilst also lighten the mood on the base subject of the products.
The Results
Legal & Contract Services has excelled since the web launch. Bespoke Hub created an engaging, user friendly website for the LCS clients to access with a bespoke back-end, members only section for staff and client access to specific product aids. The web design included a professional feel and tone linked with informative, content-rich data and friendly, modern stock photos.
