Riviera Insurance are a specialist insurance broker based in Torquay focusing on Taxi and Commercial insurance. Our task was to completely re-vamp the website, re-brand the companies basic beginning branding and boost their PPC through Google and Facebook Ads.
The Challenge
Our task was to modernise the existing website and overhaul their PPC account.
The Google Ads campaign was to operate in the busy market of Taxi Insurance which meant that within the new website, we needed to build conversion-led landing pages to ensure we increased the volume of leads to the sales agents.
The Solution
Our solution was to ensure the new website design converted users into clients. This can be the most pivotal aim for most new web designs as most companies lifeblood is leads. Riviera prided themselves on their local branding and as such, we knew we needed to create a Google Ads Campaign strategy that took advantage of this with methodically researched Keywords and Call To Actions to increase lead volume.
Our Method
To ensure users visiting the website converted into clients, we ensured the Call-to-Action text and button’s were clear, prominent and easy to reach. This enabled the user’s journey to be uninterrupted and seamless to ensure they would return to the website to contact Riviera Insurance for alternative insurance’s too. The Google Ads account was deconstructed over a couple of weeks to ensure we got maximum results immediately. We understand the insurance market when it comes to Google Ads and have helped companies in the past in this industry. We understand that the negative keywords, quality score and prioritising ‘good clicks’ are essential in this industry.
The Results
Riviera Insurance has gone from strength to strength since the digital overhaul. Bespoke Hub have created an engaging website for clients to access and a high performing Ads Campaign for Riviera to profit from.
The Google Ads campaign far exceeded our client’s expectations. The first 3 months led to a Return on Investment of 219.93% and an increase from the previous 3 months of 133%!
